Tender description

Leicester City Council currently is in contract with a service provider for the bulk document mailing services (printing, enclosing and mailing) generated by the revenues and customer support service, housing and business services centre only, that expires in July 2020. Leicester City Council does not any have provision for ad-hoc and non-bulk letters for all services to use a hybrid mail solution and these still follow the old traditional manual methods that denotes significant staff resource. In advance of the current contract ending in 2020, a new contract is sought by the Council for all bulk hybrid mail requirements and a new contract is sought for ad-hoc hybrid mail. A contract is sought by the Council for all ad-hoc hybrid mail requirements for a provider(s) who can fully meet the operational requirements for ad-hoc documents. Any provider(s) will be expected to provide a service for all generated documentation, as per the defined Lot 2, that is created by Leicester City Council to bring efficiencies not only of practice, process and security but also to provide best value for the organisation.
