Derbyshire County Council is looking for innovative methods to deliver behaviour change interventions aimed at reducing smoking across Derbyshire, one of which may be a mobile app. Commissioners are under taking soft market testing for information gathering purposes only, to understand how a smoking mobile app would be able to deliver behaviour change interventions to reduce smoking.
