Tender description

RTÉ has a programme rollout of CCTV over the next three years. This tender deals with 2019 requirements but RTÉ envisages that there will be a similar purchase in 2020 and 2021. That being the case, the same technical and business conditions will apply and RTÉ is making no commitment to purchase in 2020 & 2021. RTÉ invites submissions, from suitably qualified Tenderers to supply only the following devices: Based on open IP standards, non-proprietary, and interfaces using Onvif, SIP & POE. All devices are to be Power Over Ethernet (POE) as per specification. RTE operate a Corporate Milestone Video Management System. This tender requires the inclusion of 70 Corporate Milestone Licenses and 70 Software Update Plan (SUP) for the devices. Both the Licenses and SUP will be for a period of 1 year from date of delivery of devices outlined in this tender for its RTÉ Studios in Donnybrook, Dublin 4 and Regional studios.
