Repair and maintenance services of security equipment

Tender description

An Post is seeking to appoint a service provider to service and maintain security gates and barriers at its premises nationally and will use this pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) to shortlist applications from interested parties. Services would include provision of scheduled maintenance (PPM) at all sites; reactive maintenance at all sites; related minor replacements and improvements at any site; emergency call out to any site. Services are required to be delivered 24/7/365. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in 2020 and continue for a period of three (3) years, subject to continuing overall satisfactory performance, with an option for An Post to extend the contract for a further period(s) up to 4 years (2 years + 2 years).
