Tender description

Liverpool City Council (LCC) as part of its strategy to lead and reduce the carbon footprint of the City has teamed up with the department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), Heat Network Delivery Unit (HNDU); Mersey Heat Ltd and the Liverpool Arena and Conference Centre to explore further the feasibility of a Low carbon heat network along the Liverpool docklands. The overall objective of this project is to deliver an Outline Business Case (OBC) in line with HNDU’s template and provide information to decision makers.
