Provision of Clamping Appeals Services

Tender description

The successful Tenderer(s) will be required to provide the services of a Clamping Appeals Officer to consider and determine appeals and complaints concerning clamping activities and to carry out other related duties. The NTA intends to appoint two Clamping Appeals Officers but reserves the right to only appoint one under this Tender Competition. Where tendering for both Clamping Appeals Officer posts, tenderers should provide a separate submission for each Clamping Appeals Officer. The Authority intends to enter into a contract with at least one, and a maximum of two tenderers as part of this competition. Descriptions of the particular service requirements are outlined in Section 3.3 of the Request for Tenders.
