Procurement, installation, configuration and implementation of a Content Management Solution for EPA web offerings

Tender description

The EPA intends to award a contract for the installation, configuration and implementation of a CMS for its web offerings. The contract includes the infrastructure design and setup for the CMS (in the cloud), installation of the content management solution, the implementation of the EPA’s information architecture and wireframes (these will be supplied by the EPA), the setup of the Governance around the CMS (such as permissions), the training of relevant EPA admin staff on the CMS and general staff training, assist EPA ICT staff with the rebuild of the existing microsites and applications contained on the EPA site, documentation of the full setup, continuity/disaster recovery provision built into the solution, on-going support and maintenance (including appropriate updates/security updates for a 5-year term), and any potential future enhancements of the CMS offering, as deemed appropriate by the EPA (to a maximum of 15 days for the purpose of this tender response).
