Tender description
Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the design and construction of 8 Nr dwellings together with site preparation works, external works and drainage works. The requirement will include off site drainage and highway works as well as the demolition of the existing hotel and removal of asbestos. The works will take place at the Pentre Hotel, located within the county borough of Rhondda Cynon Taf. Please note that a minimum threshold technical score has been applied to this tender. Any submission that does not achieve the minimum threshold mark of 3% in the technical score will not be accepted, and will not be considered for tender award.
