Tender description

The council wishes to commission a consistent and innovative housing-related support service for households in Leicester, including singles, couples, young people, families and offenders and ex-offenders. The support service will deliver wrap around/holistic support that is provided at the point of need (often at a point of change in a person’s life) to enable individuals to: — maintain and/or find suitable affordable accommodation, — transition from different forms of accommodation, — sustain independent living.
