Tender description

Origin Housing Ltd is a Housing Association with over 6 500 homes across London and Hertfordshire and we are looking for expressions of interests from metering and billing providers to operate metering and billing service and provide repairs to all our metering equipment across our schemes and properties we own and/or manage across Inner and Outer London and Hertfordshire. In addition, we are looking for a M&B provider that also has a proven track record in providing M&B services on the Guru smart meters platform as Origin have Guru Smart Meters in it's new developments and plan to roll out GURU meters to all our newly developed properties in the future. This procurement will have 3 lots that M&B providers can bid for. Lot 1: is M&B services and associated repairs for all of origins meters including Guru smart meters; Lot 2 is M&B services and associated repairs for Origins meters excluding the Guru smart meters; Lot 3 is M&B services for Guru smart meters only. Origin is looking for expressions of interest to provide a professional metering and billing service including associated repairs for all of Origins meters including the Guru smart meters. M&B providers in this lot must have in addition a proven track record of providing metering and billing and associated repairs services on the Guru platform. Potential providers who lack this experience will not be considered in this procurement.
