Tender description

HealthTrust Europe (HTE) is seeking expressions of interest to assist with the development and establishment of a framework agreement for technology enabled care services, such as telemedicine. It is expected that the framework agreement will be formed of 3 lots: 1) Telemedicine goods (equipment and consumables) and service; 2) Telemedicine services (software); 3) Telemedicine managed services. To assist in the strategic direction and development of this framework agreement, HTE are seeking expressions of interest for supplier engagement. Please send your expression of interest to diagnostics@htepg.com; the deadline for expressions of interest is 6.1.2020. The engagement will take the form of individual supplier meetings until 17.1.2020. All supplier engagement will be carried out in accordance with Regulation 40 and 41 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. It is envisaged that this lot will include the provision of equipment, associated consumables, software and services which are used to provide a telemedicine service to participating authorities. This lot will provide customers with a single contract for all elements required to provide a telemedicine service, including any equipment, consumables, software and service required. Within this lot, it is envisaged that each awarded supplier would be able to offer the full package of goods and services to the customer. This lot will support capital purchase and lease options of the products and service available. It is envisaged this lot will include software and service options for telemedicine. Participating authorities will utilise this Lot for procurement of telemedicine solutions for use with equipment which is already utilised. This lot will support the various purchase options variable for these software packages to participating authorities. It is envisaged that this lot will include the provision of a managed service solution for telemedicine. This lot will support the payment of managed service fees (fixed, semi fixed and variable costs) by the participating authority. There will not be an option within this lot for purchase of equipment at the point of initial contract.
