Media monitoring services across print, broadcast and digital media with reference to Bord Iascaigh Mhara and the seafood industry. This monitoring must take place seven days a week all year.

Tender description

To provide a range of services required by Bord Iascaigh Mhara as outlined below: • Daily Media Monitoring of broadcast, print and online media on the island of Ireland (Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland) with mentions of specific keyword topics of relevance to BIM. This would also include media coverage generated by BIM or where BIM is attributed. • Distribution of a daily alert for relevant BIM media coverage/stories of interest to BIM staff, Board and communications agencies. NLA-licensed coverage would be restricted to four users. • Hosting of all BIM-relevant media coverage via an online portal/dashboard/website which is accessible to those groups named above. This site must be mobile-enabled. • Regular reporting of BIM-relevant content over the duration of the service contract. Ideally, this should include up-to-date industry metrics or KPIs that are measurable. • Maintain a searchable archive of BIM-related topics for a period of 12 months. • Negotiate and maintain licences for media monitoring with both NLA and NLI on behalf of BIM.
