Tender description
The Authority are developing housing on a number of unused Authority owned sites; • Former Western School and Playing Field, Grimsby – 390 units • Former Lindsey Lower Playing Field, Cleethorpes – 96 units • Former Matthew Humberstone Playing Field, Cleethorpes – 40 units The authority are asking the energy market what they can offer, to reduce energy consumption and take steps towards being carbon neutral by 2050.
