The development and deployment of a stock and crew system with the capability to communicate with all necessary internal, industry and traffic management systems in order to de-risk the failure points and bad cost associated with cumbersome manual procedure. Review and upgrade the current planning and resourcing solutions used by LNER, to diagram our service and manage both our crew and rolling stock resource to deliver a reliable service to our customers. Streamlining existing processes, improving the availability, transfer and communication of up to date information. The focus of this change is to engage with the supply chain on the upgrade or replacement of the current systems and surrounding processes used for the diagramming, planning and manipulation of resource to support the operational plan.
