Tender description
Norfolk County Council's Public Health department wishes to buy tier 2 adult weight management group intervention and online services for eligible participants. The tier 2 weight management provider will be required to undertake an initial lifestyle assessment of referred people, including barriers to change and weight loss, and if suitable give them access to the scheme. They will also be required to report on the outcomes of participants in the scheme.
