Tender description
The Council is looking for regulated homecare providers to be our key partner providers, ambitious to work in partnership with the Council in focussing on supporting citizens to achieve their ‘best life’. Delivery of homecare will be rooted across the 3 ‘Neighbourhoods’ – North, East and West with a key partner provider (KPP) leading for each lot. Our KPP will work in partnership with the wider ‘system’ to support people who need long term support at home to enjoy healthy, active and independent lives. Provision will be based on enabling people in York to have control over how they manage social care needs with a strong emphasis on the use of personal and community assets and working in partnership. Each Neighbourhood KPP will head up a 2 tier system — the KPP underpinned by a framework. KPP will benefit from market leading profiles as the Councils ‘first point of contact’ for all new business and key development partners in our journey towards enabling, asset-based care.
