The procurement activity should achieve the following: To provide cleaning and janitorial supplies to all the sites within NHS PS at a reasonable price. To generate savings based on annual spend. To implement a robust ordering process as well achieve best products and service levels for our clients. To get support from suppliers to help with future rationalisation of products, innovations and training for NHS PS staff on current and future product ranges. To get detailed MI reports that will inform the business of spend and inform possible future decisions To consolidate our supply chain for easier management. Additional products such as industrial equipment may be required.
