Professional design team service to support the delivery of key estates improvement project works. Design service confirmed as follows; contract administration, building surveying, cost consultancy, principal designer, and building services engineering. National Services Scotland have provided necessary funding to facilities management to undertake essential improvements to our portfolio of properties. All of these properties have building fabric and assets out of lifecycle which require full repair or replacement. To deliver the design, procurement and subsequent works before the end of the financial year we require the support of a professional technical design team. At this time facilities management do not have the resource and technical competences within the department therefore we have been in direct contact with Avison Young to deliver these services. Avison Young have supported facilities Management regularly over recent years which means they are well informed on our property detail and can start immediately.
