Tender description

The proposed works involve alterations to the side entrance of the 1884 building, the internal reconfiguration of several floor plates in the art gallery to create flexible spaces, a café and a commercial kitchen. Works generally include refurbishment of the identified areas, services upgrades with associated power, CCTV, security and fire alarms to suit new layout.
