Cunard Refurbishment: Suites 1a & 1b

Tender description

Renovation of Suites 1A & 1B, Cunard Buildings. Including: Removal of existing carpets/flooring, suspended ceilings, stud partitions, kitchen facility and balustrades. Supply and fit new flooring, new partitions, ceilings, doors, windows, worktops, new kitchen (including accessible area). All required electrical works including: • Electrical switchgear and sub-main distribution • Lighting and emergency lighting • Lighting controls • General small power • ICT cabling & containment • Containment sizing and routing • Earthing and bonding installation • Provision of labelling and charts • Testing and commissioning of all installed services • O&M information including ‘As fitted’ drawings • All waste removal from site associated with the works Keywords: electrical, refurbishment, works
