Tender description

Medway Council is seeking to award an income generating contract to a suitably experienced and competent supplier for the operation of an advertising concession. The contract is divided across 2 lots, 1 lot for shelter assets owned by Medway Council (Lot 1) and 1 lot for shelter assets currently owned by the contract incumbent (Lot 2). Tenderers can submit bids for either lot, or both lots. The total number of shelter assets across both lots is 348. The successful bidder shall also provide a cleaning and maintenance service at zero cost to Medway Council for all of the bus shelters in the the lot/lots which they tender for and any new shelters subsequently added to the Medway network.
