The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea housing management team are now looking to appoint highly experienced and qualified mechanical and electrical consultancy services to provide consultancy support to the Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team and its residents in undertake a comprehensive review of all mechanical and electrical installations/systems across the blocks and houses that make up the estate, and to provide option studies and recommendations for maintaining/upgrading existing systems as part of proposed refurbishment works. The scope of the services required are to be delivered under 3 separate contracts: Lot 1: LWE mechanical, electrical and plumbing; Lot 2: LWE video door entry, CCTV and IRS; Lot 3: LWE lifts.
