BBO – English Tutoring including ESOL (2)

Tender description

We are putting out a call for specialist partners to apply to provide the following support to BBO customers: An English Tutor service including ESOL until end December 2021. Building Better Opportunities - Sheffield City Region (BBO) is a strengths-based employment service that works with people with physical and mental health conditions, people with learning disabilities and people from disadvantaged communities. It’s based on Individual Placement Support, a “place then train” approach that’s shown to be twice as effective as traditional approaches. We began offering support to customers in South Yorkshire and Derbyshire in January 2017, with teams of employment-focused coaches co-located in statutory services or in community groups serving the region’s most deprived areas, and where there is greatest need. We have received further funding to continue running the programme and will be expanding the service towards the end 2019, to work with 642 customers until end December 2021 Keywords: English, Teacher
