Tender description

a single supplier solution that provides hardware and associated software to support mobile WAN connectivity and local WiFi network access solution (WiFi to extend outside the vehicle for mobile users within the vincinity of the vehicle) across the Republic of Ireland including areas with less than optimum coverage and harsh environmental conditions. There is no requirement to provide WAN backhaul connectivity.
