Tender description

The Council procured a partner to assist the Council in the provision of the highway service so that the authority can meet its obligations and statutory duties. The provision of service is anticipated to initially include but not limited to: — design services: provision of management and design staff (civil engineers — all disciplines, transportation specialists, cost engineers, drainage specialists, traffic signal specialists rail planning specialist, environmental specialists, waste disposal, quantity surveying, urban design, topographical surveying and project management), — carrying out professional services in relation to (civil engineering, development planning, asset management and monitoring, environmental, conversation and archaeological studies, building and property services, provide expertise in digital technology, complete design packages for both major and minor schemes, maintain and manage LCCs traffic models including traffic data collection full details of the requirements are included in the procurement documentation.
