A contract for targeted youth provision services for 13 to 19 years old (and young people with learning difficulties up to the age of 25) that promotes personal and social development, improved health outcomes and reduce risk-taking behaviour. Lot 1: Targeted Youth Provision in the East Area of the City. Wards — Byker, Dene and South Gosforth, Gosforth, Heaton, Manor Park, Ouseburn, Parkland, South Jesmond, Walker, Walkergate. Lot 2: Targeted Youth Provision in the West Area of the City. Wards — Callerton and Throckley, Chapel, Denton and Westerhope, Kingston Park South and Newbiggin Hall, Lemington. Lot 3: Targeted Youth Provision in the Central Area of the City. Wards — Arthur’s Hill, Benwell and Scotswood, Blakelaw, Elswick, Fawdon and West Gosforth, Kenton, Monument, West Fenham, Wingrove.
