See attached specification of requirements and evaluation methodology and criteria. Please note that due to an error in the RFQ document the pricing evaluation formula has been updated as per the below, all price proposals will be evaluated using the below formula:  The lowest single inclusive rate will be awarded the full 40% of the price score. All other bids will be evaluated using the formula Price Score = (lowest inclusive rate/ Tendered inclusive rate) x 40%
