Re-polishing, re-coating, and grating writing of a Multi-layer Dielectric Grating on a 430 mm x 470 mm x 100 mm customer-supplied N-BK7 substrate With a @1500 line per mm ruling used on these gratings this means an accuracy of 0.6micron on the ruling accuracy which in effect means having the original ruling template to reproduce.
