TC993 MCRactive Membership Scheme and Integration Hub

Tender description

It is envisaged that MCRactive Membership Scheme and Integration Hub project will attempt to fill the current gaps in the market, to meet the needs of Manchester Residents, and aid suppliers that don't currently have a centralised booking system. Where suppliers already have a centralised booking system we are not looking to replace it but work with them under the Open Active Booking Standards to ensure services are holistic and provide a synergy for residents. This project will be delivered over a number of phases. The first phase will see 4 lots put out for tender, each lot has a set of requirements setting out prioritised deliverables for each element of the overall digital innovation solution. Bidders are free to respond to one or more of these lots at their own discretion. Please note if you if you wish to bid for more than one lot then you must supply a separate bid for each lot, and each bid must clearly state which lot it is for. The length of the contract will be 3 Years + 1 year + 1 year commencing approximately June 19. The implementation phase for this projected is expected to be 6 months. The winning supplier for each lost will be required to work with the winning suppliers of the other lots, and MCC's project manager through agreed project management processes.
