This is a Prior Information Notice that is providing advanced warning of a procurement which Link Group will be undertaken in the near future for an Integrated Finance, P2P. Budgeting and Planning Solution. Background: Currently, the finance system processes more than 720 000 transaction each year. It is anticipated that there will be 32 users of the system within the finance team. The system will comprise: — general ledger, — sales ledger, — purchase ledger, — cash book, — reporting, — purchase ordering capabilities, — integration with other software, including both housing management systems (Aareon QL Housing and Northgate), — budget Management and Budget Planning Tool. Purpose of the PIN: Link Group has published this PIN to make potential bidders aware of this forthcoming opportunity. Link Group will consider the input and responses received as part of this pre-procurement market engagement to help inform our options and further decision making. For the avoidance of doubt, this stage of the project is not part of a formal procurement process and Link Group are not committed to carrying out such a process.
