Tender description
Provision of multiple needs services for adults 25 years old and above. Our aim is to provide a holistic approach to support provision which is sufficiently flexible to adapt to the individual needs presented by this client group. The core aims of the contract are: — more people living independently without support, — a reduction in the number of people experiencing repeat homelessness, relapse and an escalation of negative behaviour, — improve the health and wider wellbeing of those accessing the service.
