Disposal of Surrey County Council Hall. Surrey County Hall, Penhryn Road, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 2DN Surrey County Council is vacating County Hall (target 2020). Staff currently working there will be relocated to other properties in Surrey. This programme may require new premises to be acquired (probably in Guildford or Woking). The County Council is seeking proposals from property consultants to provide an agency service to dispose of its freehold or leasehold interests in: — Surrey County Hall, — Adjoining Former Offices and Lounge at County Hall site adjoining County Hall, — 5-7 Milner Road (residential) rear of Former Offices and Lounge, — Bittoms car park (freehold and leasehold). The proposal is to include all tasks (as outlined here) up to legal completion (including any pre-disposal work that is agreed necessary) with an associated fee budget.
