Tender description

MCC intends to put in place a framework agreement for future major outdoor events of this nature with suitable suppliers who can demonstrate the experience and capability to fulfil our requirements. The framework agreement will be for various events throughout the contract period though the exact requirements cannot be determined at this stage. For clarification — venue-based events, smaller events organised by MCC of an individual production lot value scoped at less than 3 000 GBP for the lot requirements, or events delivered through an external lead event organiser are not incorporated in this framework. This Framework will be broken down into the following lots; — Lot 1 Audio Equipment: design supply and engineering, — Lot 2 Lighting Equipment: design supply and engineering, — Lot 3 Barriers and fencing, — Lot 4 Modular Platforms, — Lot 5 Temporary Event Power Supply and Distribution, — Lot 6 Temporary Toilets and site cabins, — Lot 7 Mobile LED Screens.
