Sefton Council are inviting Expressions of interest for a Provider to support a vulnerable 15-year-old young Male whose recent placement has broken down. He is a risk to himself and when angry is unable to regulate his emotions and his behaviour to keep himself and others who care for him safe for a sustained period. There are no placements that have offered to care for him due to the risks attached to caring for young man who is both vulnerable and in need of support and predatory, targeting and sabotaging his placements over and over.
