Provision of Roofing and External Improvement Works For Two Projects

Bron Afon is seeking a suitably qualified, skilled and experienced principal contractor to deliver roofing and associated communal area internal and external general repair works for two (2) projects within the Torfaen County Borough. Project 1 – Croesyceliog & Llanyravon Corner Blocks This project involves roofing works to thirty-three (33) low rise blocks of flats and five (5) separate terraced houses. The project includes replacement of roof coverings and external bin stores as well as general repairs to concrete stairs and landings. Project 2 – Roofing & EWI Works to Seven (7) Properties This project involves roofing, EWI and associated enabling works to seven (7) properties within the Blaenavon area of Torfaen. The two projects will form the subject of separate JCT contracts but Tendering Organisations must submit a tender for both projects as part of this procurement process and commit to delivering all works.
