DBW wishes to establish a contract for a platform and consultancy services to deliver an online service for its customers. The platform will deliver: — a digitisation service covering the full investment life cycle from initial application through to post investment management, — seamless data exchange between DBW and its customers, — visibility of customer financial transactions through integration with DBW’s back office systems, — internal process efficiencies and a reduction in manually adding data through links with third party systems, (e.g. credit reference agencies).
