Pre-Market engagement for the procurement of the HCC and IWC Chidren's Services Social Care Management Solution As part of the process, we are looking to engage with providers who would be interested in delivering this service, and/or have experience of delivering similar services. All communication should be via the Correspondence function on the project. As part of pre-market engagement, HCC is notifying potential suppliers of a children’s services social care solutions to register interest via the InTend system (see short description) to receive draft contract terms and conditions for information and comment prior to the release of a call for competition. Engagement will be restricted to a clarification process through InTend planned between Monday 4.2.2019 and Tuesday 26.2.2019 (dates may change solely at HCC’s discretion with notification through InTend) followed by face to face meetings between Monday 18.3.2019 and Friday 29.3.2019 (dates may change solely at HCC’s discretion with notification through InTend). There will be a subsequent re-issue of the draft terms and conditions with a planned closure date of Friday 19th April (dates may change solely at HCC’s discretion with notification through InTend) for final clarifications. This pre-market engagement is in order to establish a final set of terms and conditions to accompany any subsequent call for competition.
