Tender description

Extra Care is a combined housing and care offer for older people and working age adults with a disability or mental health need. People live in independent flats with their own front door and have the peace of mind of a 24 hour staff presence. They can access personal or domestic support from the onsite care team while maintaining a level of independence in their own home. As the contract with our existing provider of care and support at 2 of our schemes is coming to an end we are seeking a partner organisation to provide care and support at two schemes — Lingham Court and Charleston House.
