Tender description

This tender exercise is for services to 17 retirement schemes in the following locations: Berkshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, East Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex. The contract will be split into regional lots and sub-lots for each type of service required (cleaning, grounds maintenance and window cleaning). Window Cleaning split into sub-lots at 18 retirement schemes: The Cloisters: Berkshire; Master Court: Dorset; Nightingale Court: Dorset; Reynard Court: Dorset; Southfield Court: Dorset; Belbourne Court: East Sussex; Saxonwood Court: East Sussex; Ellingham Close: Hampshire; Hamblewood Court: Hampshire; Westdeane Court: Hampshire; Inglewood: Kent; Brook Court: Surrey; Fairhaven Court: Surrey; Belmaine Court: West Sussex; Burleigh Court: West Sussex; Danehurst: West Sussex; Chantry Court: Wiltshire; The Old Vicarage: Wiltshire.
