Tender description
Tender for the sale of electricity generated at Gloucestershire's Energy from Waste Plant (EfW) based at Javelin Park in Gloucestershire. The Authority may require the EfW Contractor Urbaser Balfour Beatty to sell the electrical output of the Facility to an off-taker, selected by the Authority and on terms negotiated by the Authority, with the associated economic benefit flowing to the Authority.
