ESB Group has a requirement for a panel of event management agencies to manage key events. The need for a consistently high standard of work and excellent value for money is paramount, as is ESB’s desire for all its events to have a recognisable look and feel i.e. working within the guidelines of the ESB brand but providing innovative thinking around the output of any such event. Experiential — development and execution of creative concepts to support product launches and sponsorship activation, — manage the day to day planning of events as required, — manage third-party contractors where applicable, — provide staff resources for specific events or event programmes, — management of the promotion of events to target audiences, — registration and administrative support for events, including processing payments and registrations in advance, — provide event specific merchandise as required.
