Tender description
This is a Request For Information (RFI) relating to the Environment Agency Project Cost Carbon Tool (PCCT). This RFI is part of early market engagement and not part of a formal procurement process. The aim of the PCCT project is to provide the Environment Agency with a tool or tools that will improve their ability to estimate cost and carbon impact for construction work.
