Engineering design services

Tender description

The Contracting Entity wishes to appoint a framework of service providers whose responsibilities include, but not limited to, the provision of engineering consultancy services for facilities and property management including engineering design, civil/structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire safety, environmental, procurement, planning, energy, building services, quantity surveying and project management of the Ervia Building portfolio. Ervia currently has a building portfolio comprising of over 20 office buildings nationally, ranging in size from 250 m2 to 5 000 m2. This portfolio may grow substantially. The building portfolio may grow to include the following types of building: — materials depots/waste compounds/stores/transport yards, — water and wastewater laboratories, — training centres. (Refer to RFI Document).
