Tender description

For the arrival of the F-35 aircraft, inverters to provide electric power, must be present in the aircraft shelters. The critical success factors of this assignment: — the inverters comply with the requirements of the program of requirements and the description, — timely delivery of the inverters. For the arrival of the F35 aircraft, Electrical Power Systems (EPS) must be installed in aircraft shelters and in the maintenance hangar at Leeuwarden air base and optionally at the air base in Volkel. The Electrical Power Systems (EPS), will be purchased in partial deliveries. The agreement is entered for a period of 24 months with an option to extend one (1) time 24 months. The option for extension concerns a unilateral option of the Central Government Real Estate Agency. The mentioned dates and/or terms as stated in the (draft) contract documents are leading. A total of 24 Electrical Power Systems (EPS) are expected to be delivered for the Leeuwarden Air Base during the first 24 months of the Framework Agreement. In the 2-year optional extension, the Central Government Real Estate Agency is expected to purchase 36 Electrical Power Systems (EPS). The Central Government Real Estate reserves the right to purchase more than or fewer than mentioned numbers of Electrical Power Systems (EPS) during the term of the Framework Agreement.
