The Elsevier Gold OA 2019 — 2021 Prepayment Scheme offers participants a discount on the open access publication of any RCUK-funded open access article publication charges for full length articles (excluding reviews) and published in any journal published by the publisher with the exception of cell press and lancet titles. The supplier is the rights holder and the only publisher of this unique content.
