St Helens Council seeks to appoint an organisation to establish and provide the secretariat function of the Sustainable Growth Commission., This will include the initial engagement of Commissioners, the facilitation of meetings, production of high quality research and analysis, coordination of the exchange of information and decisions between the Commission, and associated administrative activity. It is anticipated that activity will predominantly be carried out through the effective facilitation of meetings of the Commission and the delivery of various outcomes and deliverables.
