CHL wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of four (4) years for Construction Management consultants. CHL would like to put in place a forward looking and robust development programme aligned to its strategic objectives. The critical part of its successful delivery is putting in place long term arrangements with a selected number of key partners. CHL therefore wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of four (4) years for Construction Management Consultants who can deliver the required services for the programme across 6 stages: 1) Pre-planning; 2) Enabling works; 3) Pre-construction; 4) Construction; 5) Defects; 6) Additional services.
