Lot 19 — catering equipment solutions — servicing and maintenance. This lot includes the reactive and planned servicing and maintenance of domestic and commercial catering equipment. Lot 20 — commercial kitchen extraction and ventilation. This lot includes supply, delivery, installation and testing of commercial kitchen extraction and ventilation systems. Including, but not limited to commercial extraction canopies and systems, fume filtration units, recirculation units, filters and replacement filters, kitchen fan extraction units and systems. The scope will be reviewed as part of the renewal process through engagement with suppliers/stakeholders.
