Tender description

Ministry of Justice, on behalf of HM Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) is seeking to procure PAVA spray and accessories to help prison officers manage disorder situations. The following organisation shall also have access to the Agreement: the Home Office and its agencies, the British Transport Police, the Police Service Northern Ireland, the National Crime Agency, the Police and Crime Commissioners of the UK Police Forces listed in the following link https://police.uk/forces and the Fire and Rescue organisations listed in the following link; http://www.cfoa.org.uk/frs?alpha In addition others with access may include Central Government Departments and their Agencies (a list of executive agencies can be found at Annex A to the Public Bodies Directory 2017 published by the Cabinet Office which can be found at: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/663615/PublicBodies2017.pdf Ministry of Justice, on behalf of HM Prison and Probation Service, is currently seeking to procure PAVA spray, training spray and accessories. The requirement includes the ability to develop or supply new products and accessories related to the supply of PAVA which provide additional value to the organisation.
