WM Housing Group is looking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant who can bring expertise and experience of the retirement living sector to work with the lead internal project officer. Specifically, WM Housing Group is looking to appoint a consultancy partner to work with the in-house lead officer, and specifically lead and deliver on elements detailed in the ITT - Qualitative insights from customers, Insights from other market providers and clarity of funding risks and opportunities. Full details about this consultancy support project is provided in the ITT documents which are available as soon as an expression of interest is made. If you wish to express an interest in this project please ensure you are registered and logged into our Portal. The `Express Interest` button will only appear on the Tender Management page if you are logged in. Applicants are advised to ensure that they do not base their submission on discussions with any other member of WM Housing Group Staff.
